How can we help?

Statements are published on the 15th of each month, and payments go out on the 21st. This starts with the October 2026 statement, which covers your September earnings. Bank processing can add a few extra days after that.

If this is your October 2026 statement, it reflects a one-time change as we move to paying out only revenue we have actually collected, instead of revenue DSPs have reported but not yet paid us. Nothing is lost; it will land on a future statement once collected.

Payouts only go out once your balance reaches $150. If you are under that, your balance simply carries forward to the next cycle.

That is the one channel we use for anything payment related, so there is always a record and nothing gets lost.

Your statements live in your own Curve portal, not with us. Once you log in, go to Statements and you can view or download any past statement yourself, as a PDF or CSV, at any time. If you have never logged in before, see the next question.

You can send yourself a new one from the Curve login page; there is no need to wait on us for that.

This usually means either you are using a different email than the one your invite was sent to, or your password is missing a requirement: at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one symbol.

That one is on us. Email payments@madsolutions.ai and we will take care of it.

This is normal and not specific to us. Distributor statements and DSP dashboards rarely match exactly, since reporting periods do not line up perfectly and per-stream rates shift from month to month. A gap on its own does not mean anything is wrong.

Splits can be set separately at the release level and at the individual track level, and it is the track-level setting that actually applies to that song’s earnings. If one track looks wrong, let us know which one and we will check it.

Reach out and let us know. It is much easier to fix before several statements have already gone out than after.

The three most common causes are: your legal name does not exactly match the name on your bank account, a P.O. Box was entered where a street address is required, or a field further down the form, like the signature, was missed.

Non-US individuals should select W-8BEN. US individuals or entities should select W9. If you are not sure, there is a short questionnaire in the portal that tells you.
